Yes that’s right, you can be as charitable as Mother Theresa merely by doing something you would’ve already done, folks.
But how is this possible, you ask?
Well, Hurricane Head Brewing Co. is donating $1 from every case of their Thirst Breaking Lager sold to support Australian communities impacted by severe weather events.
If you haven’t yet tasted the crisp beer, Hurricane Head’s lager offers a clean and fresh taste while delivering a blend of light hop and malt flavour balanced with just the right amount of bitterness.
Is your mouth watering yet?
Inspired by the heat and humidity of tropical Queensland, a can of Hurricane Head lager is a firecracker for lazy backyard drinking sessions as you fry up some snags surrounded by your nearest and dearest.
Rest assured; this will satisfy that torrential thirst of yours.
But alas, this brew is not only available in Queensland; you can buy it nationwide in SA, NT, NSW and VIC at BWS or Dan Murphy’s.
Hurricane Head Brewing Co. has been raising funds for countless families while rallying the community behind them.
Part of the funds raised will go towards groceries vouchers for those affected in Maryborough and Toowoomba, Queensland, some of the worst affected areas suffering from horrific storms and flash flooding.
Additionally, the beverage company will also be helping restore items for families whose belongings were damaged due to severe weather.
Hurricane Head’s fundraising activities are helping to purchase electrics for folks north of Brisbane who had their kitchens destroyed by floods and storms.
Meanwhile, on the other side of town in Gatton, the company will be helping supply families with their very own emergency kit, including torches, storage boxes and Officeworks vouchers to purchase power banks.
This way, the community will be better prepared the next time a natural disaster hits.
Enjoying a can of lager for our friends in Banana Land is the least we can do right now.
Being charitable has never been so simple.
So far, Hurricane Head Brewing Co. has raised almost $72,000, which means they’re almost at their goal of $80,000.
To take back your power as a consumer, all you have to do is head to your local BWS and Dan Murphy’s or order a case online to get amongst the noble cause.
