For $68 Daph’s offers a three-course Sunday Roast featuring a prawn starter, fire-roasted beef, veal jus and Yorkshire pudding with roast potatoes, charred cheesy leeks, roasted cabbage with bacon emulsion, smashed carrot, sweet and grilled beets and crispy kale. There’s also a dessert. Good luck fitting it in.

Chapters has three options including the Posh Roast featuring black Angus sirloin of beef and cauliflower cheese, which feeds two. All roasts come with roast potatoes, honey carrots, seasonal greens, Yorkshire pudding and “proper gravy”. Only on Sundays.
