Chairman Toby Macormac and manager Mark Beesley have been in talks with the squad since Town earned a place in the National League North following their play-off final win over Bamber Bridge on May 1.
As a result, the vast majority have agreed terms to remain at Cantilever Park for what promises to be a historic 2023-24 season.
Spanish midfielder Stefan Mols, who scored six times in 39 appearances for Yellows last season, remains in talks with the club about extending his stay but is believed to be exploring his options.
Forward Mikey Howard, who sustained an ACL injury earlier this season, will be supported as he undergoes his rehabilitation with the squad during pre-season – as will Jack Mackreth.
Several players had already committed to the club regardless of what division it was in, but following promotion, the paperwork has now been completed in relation to the entire squad.
Youngsters Paddy Lane and Josh Murray from the FEFA academy, who featured for Yellows in pre-season ahead of the 2022/23 season, will continue to be around the first-team squad.
Defender Alex McNally also remains, having been registered by the club back in February.
