Cassandra Atkins, Federal Way track and field — Won the long jump (personal-best 20-0 3/4, which leads the state this spring) and triple jump (personal-best 41-2 1/2, which leads the state this spring), and ran a leg of the Eagles’ winning 4×100 relay (season-best 48.85, which ranks third in the state this spring) at the 4A NPSL championship meet.
Dallas Boler, Franklin Pierce baseball — Went 4-for-5 with a triple, double and two RBI and 2-for-3 with a walk and two RBI in district games against Sequim and Port Angeles.
Ignacio Brandan, Tahoma soccer — Scored a goal on a penalty kick in Tahoma’s 2-0 win over Bellarmine Prep in the 4A District 3/4 championship game.
Bella Carazo, Bonney Lake softball — Tossed a six-inning complete game shutout against Enumclaw, allowing two hits while striking out 12, and tossed a five-inning no-hitter in a shutout win over Silas, striking out 11 of 15 batters faced.
D’Aryhian Clemons, Spanaway Lake track and field — Won the high jump (personal-best 6-5, which ranks tied for eighth in the state this spring), and ran a leg of the Sentinels’ winning 4×100 relay (season-best 42.31, which ranks seventh in the state this spring) at the 3A PCL championship meet.
Cruize Corvin, Lakes track and field — Won the 1,600 (personal-best 4:14.8, which ranks eighth in the state this spring) and 3,200 (9:14.78) at the 3A PCL championship meet.
Julia Couch, Auburn Riverside track and field — Won the 400 (personal-best 59.3), 800 (2:17.95) and 1,600 (5:00.64), and ran a leg of the Ravens’ winning 4×400 relay (4:09.07) at the 3A NPSL championship meet.
Cameron Downing, Olympia track and field — Won the javelin (personal-best 177-7, which ranks eighth in the state this spring) at the 4A SPSL championship meet.
Jack Erickson, Fife baseball — Threw a complete game, allowing just one run over seven innings in 3-1 win over White River in the 2A District 2/3 championship game.
Pablo Flores, Tahoma soccer — Scored the opening goal in Tahoma’s 2-0 win over Bellarmine Prep in the 4A District 3/4 championship game.
Jonathan Frazier, Lincoln track and field — Won the 110 hurdles (personal-best 14.33, which ranks second in the state this spring) at the 3A PCL championship meet.
Mikayla Gardley, Emerald Ridge track and field — Won the 200 (personal-best 25.22) and 300 hurdles (personal-best 44.51, which ranks third in the state this spring) at the 4A SPSL championship meet.
JaiCieonna Gero-Holt, Emerald Ridge track and field — Won the 100 hurdles (personal-best 14.44, which leads the state this spring), javelin (131-2), high jump (5-10) and long jump (18-2 1/2) at the 4A SPSL championship meet.
Vai Green, Kentwood track and field — Won the 100 hurdles (15.65) and 300 hurdles (personal-best 45.45, which ranks sixth in the state this spring) at the 4A NPSL championship meet.
LeRoy Horton, Curtis track and field — Won the 100 (10.6) and 200 (personal-best 21.38, which ranks tied for third in the state this spring) at the 4A SPSL championship meet.
Jaylon Jenkins, Federal Way track and field — Won the triple jump (personal-best 47-4 1/4, which ranks third in the state this spring) and ran leg of the Eagles’ winning 4×400 relay (3:30.2) at the 4A NPSL championship meet.
Andre Jordan, Federal Way track and field — Won the 100 (personal-best 10.87), 200 (22.55) and long jump (personal-best 23-2 1/4, which ranks fourth in the state this spring), and ran a leg of the Eagles’ winning 4×100 relay (42.43) at the 4A NPSL championship meet.
Alli Kimball, Peninsula softball — Tossed an eight-inning complete game shutout against Timberline, striking out nine, and a seven-inning complete game against Gig Harbor, allowing one run while striking out 14. Also hit 8-for-10 with four runs scored, a double, four RBI and a stolen base in wins over Timberline, Central Kitsap and Gig Harbor.
Nathan Kuhnau, Peninsula track and field — Won the 300 hurdles (personal-best 39.28, which ranks fifth in the state this spring) at the 3A SSC championship meet.
Lauryn Lee, Bonney Lake softball — Hit 3-for-6 with a run scored, triple and five RBI in wins over Enumclaw and Silas.
Brooke Lyons, Tahoma track and field — Won the 100 (11.97), 200 (personal-best 24.74, which ranks third in the state this spring) and 400 (57.99), and ran a leg of the Bears’ winning 4×400 relay (4:07.91) at the 4A NPSL championship meet.
Lucas Maharry, Gig Harbor soccer — Scored the lone goal in Gig Harbor’s 1-0 win over Silas in the 3A District 3/4 championship game.
Kaleb McNeely, Timberline baseball — Hit a bases-clearing walk-off to lift Timberline over Gig Harbor in the 3A District 3/4 semifinal game.
Alexis Meyer, North Thurston track and field — Won the 800 (personal-best 2:14.06, which ranks seventh in the state this spring) at the 3A SSC championship meet.
Brayden Platt, Yelm track and field — Won the shot put (personal-best 62-4 3/4, which leads the state this spring) and discus (personal-best 174-9, which leads the state this spring) at the 3A SSC championship meet.
Sami Potvin, Olympia softball — Tossed a seven-inning complete game in a win over Graham-Kapowsin, and did not allow an earned run while striking out 18 of 26 batters faced. Also tossed four innings, striking out seven, in a loss to Puyallup.
Trace Pruitt, Olympia baseball — Threw five innings in 2-1 win over Puyallup in the 4A District 3/4 championship game, allowing one run and striking out five.
Gage Reeser, Timberline baseball — Hit a walk-off in the seventh inning to seal a 7-6 win over Stadium in the 3A District 3/4 championship game.
Carter Rhooms, Auburn Riverside track and field — Won the 100 (personal-best 10.96) and 400 (50.81), and ran a leg of the Ravens’ winning 4×100 relay (43.22) at the 3A NPSL championship meet.
Kyra Smith, Puyallup softball — Hit 4-for-6 with four runs scored, a double, home run and four RBI in wins over Sumner and Olympia.
Ben Stevens, Gig Harbor track and field — Won the 100 (personal-best 10.9), 200 (season-best 22.18) and 400 (personal-best 49.23, which ranks seventh in the state this spring), and ran a leg of the Tides’ winning 4×100 relay (season-best 42.3, which ranks sixth in the state this spring) at the 3A SSC championship meet.
Lewis Thompson, Vashon Island soccer — Tallied a hat trick, scoring three goals in 5-0 win over Bellevue Christian in the 1A West Central District championship game.
Lexi Vircks, Auburn Riverside softball — Hit 2-for-3 with a run scored, triple and four RBI in a win over Auburn Mountainview.
Izzy Welch, Puyallup softball — Did not allow a hit in four scoreless innings in a shutout win over Sumner, striking out four, and tossed a seven-inning complete game shutout in a win over Olympia, striking out seven.
Latham West, Bonney Lake track and field — Won the 1,600 (personal-best 5:01.91) and 3,200 (personal-best 10:42.82, which ranks eighth in the state this spring) at the 3A PCL championship meet.
Cooper Wilson, Bonney Lake track and field — Won the 100 (personal-best 10.68, which ranks ninth in the state this spring), 200 (personal-best 21.44, which ranks sixth in the state this spring) and 400 (personal-best 49.34, which ranks ninth in the state this spring) at the 3A PCL championship meet.
Raeden Young, Tahoma softball — Hit 6-for-8 with two runs scored, two doubles, a triple and four RBI in wins over Kentridge and White River. Also tossed two scoreless innings against Kentridge, striking out six, and three scoreless innings against White River, striking out seven.
