Paul Capron, born in 1971, of West Warwick, was charged with possession of a schedule I-V drug (10 grams or fewer).
Dawn Lemerick, born in 1977, of West Warwick, was charged with reckless driving (drag racing, eluding police), two counts of possession of a schedule I-V drug (10 grams or fewer), speeding 11-plus mph in excess of posted speed limit, operating without evidence of insurance, and stopping of travel portion of open highway.
Susan McCleary, born in 1954, of Coventry, was charged with DUI drugs/alcohol (first offense), refusal to submit to a chemical test, failure to yield right of way, and obedience to stop sign.

Alfred Rivers, born in 1988, of West Warwick, was charged with threats to public officials and disorderly conduct.
Nicholas Carey, born in 1983, of East Greenwich, was charged with domestic violence-disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest.
John Choiniere, born in 1978, of Warwick, was charged with a bench warrant out of Sixth District Court and another bench warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court.
Mark Gelfuso, born in 1988, of Cranston, was charged with a bench warrant out of Third District Court and another bench warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court.

Marissa Hoell, born in 1979, of Coventry, was charged with shoplifting.
Peter Fanning, born in 1977, of Coventry, was charged with fugitive from justice, vandalizing alarms, call boxes or false alarms and a bench warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court.
Gail Deaett, born in 1979, of West Warwick, was charged with felony shoplifting, possession of a stolen vehicle, felony conspiracy and two warrants from affidavit arrests.
