As the great writer Victor Hugo once said, “music expresses that which cannot be said” and here in the South West, Bunbury women are quite literally playing to the beat of their own drum.
Eight years ago, long-term Bunbury resident Lizzie Letts established a free, African djembe drumming group and has since been inspiring a sense of community, music, and positive mental health among participants.
