STEALING, GLADSTONE
Three juveniles were arrested on May 9 in relation to multiple alleged stealing offences in Gladstone Central.
A 12-year-old Gladstone boy was charged with one count of enter premises and commit indictable offence, one count of fraud, two counts of stealing, one count of possess dangerous drugs, one count of attempted enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence and one count of receiving tainted property.
A 14-year-old Gladstone boy was charged with two counts of stealing and one count of trespass.
A 12-year-old Gladstone boy was charged with one count of wilful damage and one count of trespass.
All juveniles are set to appear in the Gladstone Children’s Court.
BURGLARY OFFENCES, GLADSTONE
Police will allege a woman attended an address on Rollo St, Gladstone, through an unlocked window and stole items from the home on March 12.
The same women allegedly then attended a business on Scenery Street, Gladstone, and entered a reception area and stole a container with an amount of money in it, as well as allegedly stealing money from an unlocked cash box.
The 38-year-old Barney Point woman was charged with one count of enter premises and commit indictable offence and one count enter dwelling and commit.
She was set to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on May 15.
STEALING, GLADSTONE CENTRAL
A woman has been charged for allegedly stealing a perfume from a Goondoon St business on two occasions, on April 5 and 27.
It is further alleged that about 2.50pm on May 9, the woman entered a business on Goondoon Street, and began screaming at staff members.
The 24-year-old Gladstone Central woman was charged with two counts of stealing after the previous conviction and one count of commit public nuisance.
She is set to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on June 12.
SERIOUS ASSAULT, RIVER RANCH
A 70-year-old man allegedly assaulted a 65-year-old woman who attended his home on Orion Tce, River Ranch, to serve documents on May 5.
It is alleged the man knocked a phone out of the woman’s hand, causing it to hit her in the face, before picking up a plastic pipe and threatening her with it.
The 70-year-old River Ranch man was charged with one count of serious assault person over 60 and is set to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on May 29.
DRINK DRIVING, NEW AUCKLAND
A 27-year-old was taken to hospital for breath testing after his Ford Falcon crashed into a light pole on Dawson Hwy on May 6 at 2.45pm.
He was charged with one count of driving a motor vehicle while suspended and one count of driving UIL.
He is set to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on June 13.
GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM, KIN KORA
A fight allegedly broke out at a home on Wilga St, about 11pm on May 6.
It is alleged a 31-year-old Kin Kora man assaulted a 21-year-old by punching him in the head multiple times, causing him to fall over, and made further threats.
The man was charged with one count of grievous bodily harm and is set to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on May 29.
