Occasional showers with southwesterlies becoming gusty and strong from afternoon. South of about Auckland showers clear after midday with sunny spells breaking through.

Mostly sunny after any early cloud clears, southeasterlies die out in the afternoon. Taranaki has southwesterlies all day, gusty about the coast especially from afternoon, there could be a few morning showers in the south clear otherwise it’s mostly sunny.

Mostly cloudy with showers although parts of Wairarapa may be dry with sun. Expect rain north of Napier with heavy falls north of Mahia Peninsula, easing from the south at night. Southerlies, strong to gale for East Cape later in the day.
