Topology will be returning to Rockhampton this school holidays from 27-30 July to host their annual Creative Bootcamp in partnership with Rockhampton Youth Orchestra.
The four-day bootcamp will put participant’s creative imagination to the test and showcase their musical abilities through guided sessions with Topology’s cohort of skilled tutors.
Over four days, participants will creatively develop their own original piece of work and perform live in a community event.
Rockhampton Creative Bootcamp offers emerging artists and members of the community the opportunity to unleash their creative potential with an intensive, hands-on program for aspiring singers, songwriters, performers, musicians, composers, and dance and movement artists.
They are leaders in the defining aspects of creativity and collaborate across style and art form boundaries.
They believe everyone has the power to be creative and supports this through their Creative Academy and Growing Creative Communities programs.
Band members Christa Powell, John Babbage, Therese Milanovic, Bernard Hoey, Robert Davidson will be on hand to get the creative juices flowing.
The internationally renowned, award-winning arts organisation is built across three tiers: Topology the band, Topology Creative Academy and Topology Growing Creative Communities.
With a legacy in the contemporary arts scene, Topology has been influential in the global music landscape and has had a major impact on music culture.
