According to Golf.com, the NDA, which was signed on August 9, 2017, states that “any and all disputes, claims or controversies arising between us of any kind or nature … shall be resolved by mandatory BINDING confidential arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law. “

Woods and Herman have not publicly announced the end of their six-year relationship, according to The Associated Press. She had been seen regularly with him at major championships, including the 2019 Masters when he won his 15th major title.

Nearly two weeks later, Herman filed a complaint against the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust, which Woods established in February 2017. The trust owns Woods’ primary property in Hobe Sound, located in southern Martin County.

Herman claims she lived in Woods’ residence for six years as part of an oral lease between the couple and that there were about five years left on the lease, Golf.com reported.

Mark Steinberg, an agent for Woods, did not immediately respond to a message from the Post seeking comment. JB Murray, the attorney who represented Woods in one of the two lawsuits in Martin County, told the newspaper he was “not at liberty to comment.”
