B Grade 30 May: Gympie Smash Repairs certainly smashed their opposition on Tuesday night with a four match win over Lawless Builders, conceding only two games. Hunter Drew d Gavin Martin 3-0, Reuben Rayner d Neil McKean 3-2, Steve Hyett d Steve English 3-0 and Aaron Dodd d Karyn Hewitt 3-0 in an early game. Century 21 defeated J Mack Electrical 10/3 to 5/1. Freddy Bressau took the only match for JME defeating Damien Lynch 3-1. Emjaye Garwood d Dr Pat 3-0, Jackson Hewitt d Tait Streek 3-2 and Rachael Harratt d Bradley Graham (res) 3-0. Fisherman’s Haul defeated RoadPro Consulting 11/3 to 3/1 with the aid of two forfeits from RoadPro. Travis Nolan was the only winner for RPC defeating Chris Petersen 3-2. Allen Golds d Ksenia Robinson 3-0 while Brad Morgan and Lachlan Millar both won on forfeit. Gympie Graphics scraped home on points ahead of Gold City Steering with both teams on 8/2. C Grade 31 May: There was a pretty good turnout in C Grade on Wednesday night considering we have lost a few players and it was the first State of Origin night. Lawless Builders defeated Gympie Smash Repairs 9/3 to 5/1 with the help of two forfeits. Anastacia Drew was GSR’s only match winner defeating Peg Brady 3-0. Elliott Kraak d Josh Gailer 3-2 and Tom Briggs and Dave Evans won on forfeit. J Mack Electrical defeated Century 21 9/3 to 9/1. Chris Godden won the only match for C21 on forfeit but everyone else took the opposition to 5 to equal the game score. Jennifer Drew d Eliza Fleming 3-2, Jayme McEwan d Sue Williams 3-2 and Joanne Pengelly d Michale Cindric 3-2. Fisherman’s Haul defeated RoadPro Consulting 9/3 to 7/1. Sam Douglas won RPC’s only match on forfeit. Dominic McLaren d Jasmine Bray 3-2, Anita Staley d Brett Andrew 3-1 and Darryn Greenhalgh d Ellice Bressau 3-1. Dean Hogg d Casey Ison 3-2, Marcel Delgado d Tim Hughes 3-0, Lachlan Kenman d Shannon Skuse 3-2 and row three was a double forfeit. RoadPro Consulting defeated Fisherman’s Haul 9/3 to 8/2. Winners for FH were Mark Jabore who defeated Kaden McClintock 3-0 and Matthew Robinson who defeated Neil Hughes (res) 3-0.
