Train services were halted as police swooped on a group of teens allegedly involved in a terrifying brawl that left a young boy fighting for his life.
Prince Fanhbulleh – accused of stabbing his ex-partner Janika Bevin’s friend Youhanna Angok – is captured screaming at Miss Bevan in October 2022. The video was captured after Ms Bevin and Fanhbulleh ended their relationship.
Emergency services were called to a park on Herring Rd in Macquarie Park about 5.30pm on Sunday following reports of a brawl.
On arrival, police say they found a 14-year-old boy suffering from a stab wound at a nearby train station.
The teen was rushed to Westmead Children’s Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Police allege the boy was involved in a fight between a group of teens at the park before fleeing to the railway station where he was allegedly stabbed by one of the teens.
Shortly after, police arrested five male teens at Cherrybrook train station.
Two boys aged 15 and 13 were charged with affray and possessing a prohibited drug and were granted conditional bail to appear before Surry Hills Children’s Court on June 26.
A 14-year-old boy and two 17-year-old boys were meanwhile charged with affray and granted conditional bail to appear before Surry Hills Children’s Court on the same day.
Train services were impacted by Sunday’s arrest, with commuters being advised that services were not stopping at Cherrybrook and Macquarie University stations due to an “ongoing police operation”.
The alleged attack comes after another group of teens were arrested following an unrelated incident in Tregear in Sydney’s west during which a 32-year-old man was killed.
