Police are seeking public assistance to locate a stolen white Range Rover reportedly driving erratically in the Maryborough and Hervey Bay areas.
The vehicle was stolen from an Albert Street, Maryborough, property early this morning, June 11.
Just after 12.30pm, it was seen travelling south along Elizabeth Street in Urangan when it hit an electrical pole and failed to stop.
Numerous reports have been made to police in relation to the vehicle’s driving and it maybe travelling south on the Bruce Highway near Tiaro.
Earlier this morning, police charged a 17-year-old girl involved in the alleged break in at Maryborough, June 11.
It will be alleged at approximately 2am, the girl, accompanied by a group of teenagers, broke into the Albert Street property, where she stole a handbag and other personal items.
The teenagers left in the stolen white 2013 Range Rover, however, the girl, who left on foot, was arrested by police shortly afterwards at a nearby address.
She has been charged with one count of enter dwelling and commit indictable offence.
She is due to appear at Maryborough Childrens Court at a late date.
The vehicle, a white 2013 Range Rover with Queensland registration J3SS8, has not been located.
Investigators are appealing to anyone who has seen the Range Rover, or with relevant vision, to contact police.
Investigations are continuing.
