Entree options include baked pimento cheese, smothered Southern-fried sticky buns, crab cakes and Bandera quail. Key options include fried chicken benedict, banana bread french toast, chilaquiles, black gulf red snapper, southern fried chicken, and New York steak and eggs. A variety of desserts will also be available to choose from, such as vanilla bean creme brulee and fried apple tart.

Central MarketCentral Market is offering a take-home Easter meal to feed the family from the supermarket’s catering department, which can be booked online or by phone from 20 March to 6 April. Meal collection will take place on 7 and 8 April before Easter Sunday. Meal options include: an Easter ham meal that serves six to eight for $169.99; a Mediterranean-inspired salmon meal that feeds four to six for $129.99; a braised short rib meal that feeds four to six for $159.99; a vegetarian meal that serves four to six for $59.99; and an Easter brunch option that serves six to eight for $99.99. All meal options include a variety of sides, and the brunch option comes with a pint of freshly squeezed orange juice.

The cake has pineapple, coconut, walnuts, cream cheese frosting and a crown of pastel macarons on top. Cakes are $80 each and can be picked up on Saturday, April 8. Orders can be made online now.
