WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests June 5 through June 17 concerning Warwick involved DUI charges from traffic stops on Rte. 95 and a domestic violence charge stemming from an assault in a moving vehicle.

Rte. 95 stop, reckless driving At 11:48 p.m. June 21, troopers arrested Jaxon Monteiro, 20, of 92 Prospect St., Seekonk, Massachusetts for 1.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick.
Monteiro was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released.
Missed court, suspended licesne At 10 :58 p.m. June 21, troopers arrested Jeremy Ramirez, age 34, of 207 Cornwall Street Apt. #1, Providence Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference, on the charge of Driving After Denial / Revocation Suspension – Certain Violations originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in Providence. Ramirez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake.
