V/T Commercial has announced several real estate transactions that took place in April and May. These include the sale of a 6.77-acre parcel in Essex, the leasing of space by Bayada Health Care, Herbmont Inc., Engineers Construction, Vermont Pierogi, and Redstone Property Management, and the sale of Twin City Lanes and Buggyman Antiques. V/T Commercial also assisted in the leasing of space by Fuss & O’Neill and Crumbl Cookies, as well as the opening of a new retail store by Box Car Bakery and KOB Kitchen. The transactions were brokered by various agents of V/T Commercial.

One of the sales mentioned was the 6.77 acre parcel at 1 Allen Martin Drive, Essex, which was sold by Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial on behalf of Mansfield Industrial Associates to Andrew Hood. Another sale was the property located at 708 US Route 302, Berlin, which was sold by John Beal of V/T Commercial on behalf of RL Properties & Twin City Lanes.
On the leasing side, Bayada Health Care, Inc. leased a collective 5,476 square feet at 600 Blair Park, Williston from Triptik III Realty Partnership, with assistance from Tony Blake and John Beal of V/T Commercial. Herbmont, Inc. also leased 4,000 square feet at 191 Bank Street, Burlington from Sisters and Brothers Investment Group, LLP, with Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial assisting both the tenant and the landlord in this lease.
In addition, Engineers Construction and Vermont Pierogi both leased temporary space from Group Five Investments, LLC, with Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial handling both of these transactions. Redstone Property Management also leased 5,467 square feet of space at 382 Hercules Drive, Colchester from Todd Realty, LLC, with Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial assisting both parties on this lease.
Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. leased 1,705 square feet at 300 Cornerstone Drive, Williston from Allen Brook Development, Inc., with Tony Blake of V/T Commercial representing the tenant and Nicole Senecal of Omega Real Estate Associates, Inc. representing the landlord. Buggyman Antiques, 853 VT Route 15, Johnson was also sold to VT Green Castle, with Yves Bradley and Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial assisting the buyer and the seller.
The former Econo Lodge at 101 Northfield Street, Montpelier was sold to 101 Northfield, LLC, with Yves Bradley of V/T Commercial negotiating this transaction on behalf of both parties. Crumbl Cookies also leased 2,088 square feet of retail space at Building E, Finney Crossing, Williston, with Tony Blake of V/T Commercial representing the landlord and Summit Realty Partners representing the tenant.
Lastly, Box Car Bakery opened its new retail store at 11 Park Street, Essex Junction, with John Beal and Linda I. Letourneau of V/T Commercial assisting the landlord, 11 Park Street, LLC and the tenant. KOB Kitchen also opened a new retail store at 856 US 302, Cherry Hill Plaza, Barre from Malone 856 US 32 Properties.
