AFL star Jarrod Berry has changed his game plan in a venture off the field.
The Brisbane Lions midfielder and his model girlfriend Ella Binney have set a price guide after their home at 82 Carranya Street in Brisbane’s Camp Hill got passed in at auction for $2.4 million on June 15.
Listed by Tony O’Doherty and Oliver Manu of Belle Property Bulimba, the footy star, who made his AFL debut in 2017, has held the renovated five-bedroom, three-bathroom abode for just over four years.
The property went to auction without a price guide as Queensland law prohibits agents from setting price guides for homes going to auction.
