A Queensland man, who gained notoriety earlier this year for cooking and eating a cane toad, has been arrested for allegedly intimidating a woman he was accused of stalking in a disturbing incident involving a horror movie mask.
Ian Bartholomew was on bail for allegedly stalking his neighbour, and had been permitted by a court to return to his Toowoomba home only hours before he allegedly committed the act of intimidation on May 16.

The 57-year-old allegedly appeared on her security cameras, staring into the lens while wearing the same white mask worn by villain Michael Myers from the Halloween horror movie series.
Bartholomew was found guilty of two wilful damage charges in January, the court heard, for incidents relating to the same woman.
He is also facing stalking charges, for a separate incident in which he allegedly followed the woman to her car.
The Toowoomba man is now behind bars for the alleged act and facing a new charge of intimidating a witness.
His bail was revoked and he was remanded in custody.
His case will return to court on July 4.
Bartholomew previously gained notoriety after a video of him cooking and eating a cane toad went viral.
The video, posted on his TikTok account @indiaalphanovember, showed him hunting for and catching a cane toad before preparing it to eat.
At the time, disturbed viewers commented that someone should “call the police”.
Bartholomew has posted a slew of other cooking content designed to shock viewers, including a video in which he makes eggs benedict on a hot cross bun and another where he pretends to cut his hand while chopping onions.
His recent content has featured a new location, with one person commenting on the weekend asking if he was staying at the new place “for good”.
