A Queensland girl has been arrested – on average – once every five days since early May, police have revealed.
The 15-year-old girl, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, has most recently been charged with stealing and unlawful use of a motor vehicle over a series of alleged property offences in Maryborough on Sunday.
She and two 17-year-old girls allegedly stole a Range Rover on Sunday morning and drove it dangerously around Maryborough and Hervey Bay.

The trio was arrested on Monday afternoon.
It was the eighth time the 15-year-old girl has been arrested since May 2, police said in a statement on Tuesday.
Her charge sheet in those 42 days includes:
- three counts of dangerous operation of a vehicle
- six counts of unlicensed driving
- six counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle
- two counts of evading police
- four counts of breach of bail
- two counts of entering a dwelling and committing an indictable offence
- six counts of fraud.
She has been kept in custody ahead of an appearance in the Children’s Court at a later date.
The police statement also highlighted that “the safety of the public is our priority at all times”.
One of the 17-year-olds has been charged with unlawful use of the Range Rover, fraud and stealing.
She has been remanded in custody.
The other girl was released on bail after being charged with entering a dwelling.
