Let’s take a closer look at what they had to say…

Former Kaizer Chiefs youth coach Farouk Khan has urged Kaizer Chiefs starlet Mduduzi Shabalala to follow in the footsteps of his ex-teammate Njabulo Blom.
Amakhosi reportedly turned down an offer from Belgium for the youngster, and Khan has backed the decision and insists that Shabalala stays put and establish himself in Zwane’s side like Blom did before making his move to the MLS.
Khan believes the Shabalala is talented but feels he should develop his game in South Africa before he can make the switch abroad.
Here’s how the readers reacted to the “Chiefs star urged to follow Blom’s footsteps” story:
“He is wasting his time with Zwane as a coach. He is not going to be developed,” says ngoeleshmasista.
“Nonsense. Blom only left because he could and Chiefs had no say in the matter as his contract was about to expire. The standard in the PSL is way too low to be able to prepare anything let alone a player for Europe or the MLS, he can develop far better elsewhere with better quality coaches.
“Mr Khan is just defending that Chiefs decision to reject the offer,” says boilerotholi.
“Nonsense, Chiefs had a say in the matter because they could have come up with a better offer. Why was Rob Moore in negotiations with Chiefs if Chiefs did not have any say in that matter? Blom simply went for a better offer overseas, that’s all.
“The standard of the PSL may be too low, but what makes you think it can’t prepare any player for Europe or MLS? Where is Blom playing right now, and did he not go straight to the MLS from PSL?
“Stop contradicting yourself dude,” responds Koiyoko to the comment above.
Read: Pitso worryingly met with deafening silence
The Saudi Arabia First Division title recently won by Pitso Mosimane might not be enough to see him coach Al Ahli in the Saudi Pro League next season.
Jingles’ title clinching win was met by a deafening silence by Al Ahli Saudi’s social media pages, after also securing the promotion earlier this month.
According to reports, the Saudi giants a eyeing out Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri or former Chelsea head coach Andre Vilas Boas as a replacement for Mosimane.
Since taking over in September last year, Mosimane guided Al Ahli from seventh place to the top of the table, winning 19, drawing sixing and only losing three times in a remarkable season.
This First Division title adds to Jingles’ spectacular record of winning a trophy at every club he’s coached. Although his next project isn’t confirmed yet, he’s been linked with Tunisian club Esperance and the Nigerian national team.
Here’s how the readers reacted to the “Pitso worryingly met with deafening silence” story:
“Don’t go to Nigeria…” says goldenAntidote.
“When they talk of a thankless job. Congrats Sir Pitso,” says Dukwase.
“His only sin is the colour of his skin,” says Rio Da Khosi.
“Instead of feeling sad for coach Pitso, lets celebrate his achievements. The man is a winner through-and-through. When one door closes……?” says Charles Manyike.
“Could be a blessing in disguise for him if they decide to let him go. As a newly promoted team, they’re likely to struggle anyways. So better they struggle with their European coach, keeping Pitso’s CV untarnished,” Lesoganatsoko.
“I agree, by the time they try to lure Pitso to their shores again, after they have been relegated by their European coach, Pitso would have a bargain of negotiating for an exorbitant purse!!” responds Koiyoko to the comment above.
