A motorbike rider has been killed after a collision with a ute in Queensland late on Friday night.
A motorbike rider has died late on Friday night following a two-vehicle crash west of Brisbane.
The 36-year-old man collided with a ute in Logan’s Riverbend around 11pm and died at the scene.
A 20-year-old behind the wheel of the ute escaped injury.
The cause of the crash is being determined.
Queensland Police believe a motorbike and a ute were travelling along Cusack Lane in Riverbend, one hour south of Brisbane, when the vehicles collided at 11pm.
The motorbike rider, a 36-year-old Flagstone man, died at the scene.
The driver of the ute, a 20-year-old man also from the same suburb, was not harmed.

He will undergo mandatory blood and urine testing.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.
