They may be musos and golf tragics in their downtime, but a new list of the NT’s rock stars of real estate has revealed the top agents based on how many sales they made in the past 12 months.
Market conditions have further improved in May following five consecutive months of price growth.
And they are not just the heavyhitters in Darwin, with regional agents also among the top sellers in an inaugural list released by realestate.com.au which ranks the agents who have sold the most property in the past year.
Taking out top spot with 94 reported sales in the past 12 months was Daniel Harris of Real Estate Central.
Mr Harris was also named the Top Residential Agent – NT at the 2023 Annual REA Excellence Awards.

In his spare time, Chris can be found playing music at any one of Darwin’s watering holes, either by himself with an acoustic guitar or on the drums with party bands Funky Monks, Rukus and Fever.
He has sold everything from $1 million homes to affordable one bedders in the heart of the CBD.
Away from the capital, it was neck-and-neck for the top spot, with Sam Linn of LJ Hooker Alice Springs making 60 sales, and Ashleigh Chadwick of Elders Real Estate Katherine racking up 59 sales.
Sam took over the role as principal and licensee of the Alice Springs team in 2020, and when he is not making deals, he is a proud dad to his young daughter and enjoys early morning fitness sessions and chasing the elusive hole-in-one.
He has a median sales price of $504,000.
