A man has died after a fall at a unit in Sydney’s north, during an alleged domestic disturbance.
Police say around 11pm on Friday they were called to the unit on Shirley Street in Wollstonecraft after reports of a domestic incident, and spoke with a woman and a man, both aged 41.
The man was arrested and taken to Chatswood Police Station before being released.

The following day, on Saturday at 6am, police were called to the same unit as a man tried to break into the property.
Upon arrival, officers found a man lying injured on the driveway below.
He was rushed to Royal North Shore Hospital in a critical condition.
The man died in hospital on Saturday night.
A critical incident investigation has since been declared
A report is being prepared for the coroner.
