As all our customers should be back in supply, we will be closing our bottled water site at The Norfolk Arms, Crawley Rd, Horsham RH12 4NB will be closing at 17:00 this afternoon.

As water returns, you may still have low pressure – this is normal and is only temporary. You can also expect to see bubbles and discolouration. More information about what you can expect is available here.
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and distress this loss of water supply issue has caused.
Update 11:30
We’re sorry for the ongoing disruption to water supply in the RH12 4 postcode area in Horsham. The fix is more complicated than we first thought but we have managed to reroute the water so we can recharge the network and get customers back in supply sooner.
As the network recharges we have opened a walk-through bottled water site at:

Cars are not able to enter the car park so please park close by and walk to collect the water.
We have limited supplies of water at the site at the moment, but our stock will be replenished at 1.30pm.
Bottled water deliveries are being made directly to our most vulnerable customers.
Update 9:30
We’re very sorry that a small number of customers in the RH12 4 postcode area in Horsham may be waking up to loss of supply or pressure to their water.
This has been caused by a burst water main. We’re carrying out repairs to the main and we’re hoping to recharge the network to get customers back in to supply as quickly as possible.
As a precautionary measure, we have begun bottled water deliveries to our most vulnerable customers.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience this is causing and are working to return supplies as quickly as possible, and keeping the disruption to a minimum.
