Promoted Old Patesians go to last season’s runners-up Gordon League, while Stroud, also moving up, are at Brockworth for their opener.
Relegated Cheltenham North start at home to Spartans, Hucclecote meet Old Cryptians and Coney Hill host Old Richians.
Dursley go to Whitehall for their Counties Three Gloucestershire North opener, with Bream hosting Bristol Saracens and Berry Hill at home to North Bristol.
In Counties Three Gloucestershire North, relegated Cheltenham Saracens start at home to Minchinhampton, while Bredon Star entertain promoted Painswick.
Old Centralians II meet another side coming down a league in Ross-on-Wye, Gloucester Old Boys host Chosen Hill FP II, Matson II meet Tewkesbury and promoted Longlevens II are at home to Widden Old Boys.
In the South division, Lydney II meet Southmead, while in Counties Three Dorset and Wilts North, Fairford wait until September 9 to start their season, away at Chippenham III.
Stow-on-the-Wold II also start their season in Counties Three Berks Berks and Oxon North on September 9, at home to Abingdon II
Counties Four Gloucestershire North doesn’t start until September 30, with Greyhound meeting Cheltenham II, Ledbury II hosting Norton and Newent II meeting Cinderford III.
