Tyrepower Yeppoon opened its doors last week at 57 Tanby Road, Yeppoon (the old fruit barn) and are putting their primary focus into providing the absolute best of customer service.
Serving the Capricorn Coast community in business since 2002, Owner Marcus Vyke said he has used all his knowledge learned from his former businesses Crave, Subway and Rip Curl to bring the best standards for the region to his new business.
“Opening Tyrepower was a natural progression, my brother Adam (Store manager and mechanic) and I have always had a passion for cars,” Marcus said.
“We saw a need and made the decision to open Tyrepower to offer the Capricorn Coast community more options for their trye and mechanical needs.
“We have an extremely comfortable waiting area with everything you need while you wait for your vehicle to be done.
“Tyres are not where our service ends, we do servicing, wheel alignments, balancing, suspension, steering and we have batteries.
“Our team are 4X4 suspension specialists and we have a full range of lift kits, ironman accessories, Fulcrum suspension and more.
“We are decked out with all the latest technology in equipment and have a price point to suit everyone’s budget and needs.”
Marcus and wife Sarah are well entrenched in the local community with three children in primary school and a love for the community they call home.
“We have always been supportive of our community, assisting not for profit clubs and groups with a mindset of giving back.
“This is something we will continue to do once the business is fully established.
“We are an independent purchasing group which means the profits stay in the area.
“We have hired an additional four staff and we look forward to growing the business and looking after all our customer’s needs.”
