St Kilda will be looking to steady itself after losing three of its last five matches, but faces a Giants side that has regained its best player.
The Giants (3-6, 85.4%) will welcome back star captain Toby Greene after he missed two matches with injury.
St Kilda (6-3, 120.8%) has some big inclusions of its own, headlined by key forward Max King, who will play his first game of the season.

QUARTER BY QUARTER MATCH REPORT
Toby Greene was back for GWS and straight into the action.
A little late clip around his ears was almost enough for Greene to get the first shot of the match, but he played on quickly and set up Brent Daniels for the Giants to open scores.
Greene had his first for the day, and the Giants’ second with a brilliant snap to show just how important he is to his side.
Down the other end, it was St Kilda’s returning star in Max King who got the Saints scoreboard ticking over.
When Jade Gresham got out the back, King found him in the square and the lead narrowed.
Saint Mitch Owens copped a late blow to the head but couldn’t convert from 20m out, almost directly in front.
A late grab and goal to Jesse Hogan ensured it was the Giants who held the lead at quarter time – 25-21.
Just as GWS looked to have some momentum with back-to-back goals, Lachie Whitfield and Nick Haynes both came from the field.
Whitfield got his leg tangled in a contest and had work done on his hip on the boundary while Haynes went straight for a concussion test following a head knock.
Haynes was ruled out a short time later.
Coach Adam Kingsley’s mood wouldn’t have improved when Jack Higgins was awarded a controversial mark and goal – despite replays appearing to show the footy bounced into his arms.
King kicked his third to turn the tide and take the lead for the Saints.
With Greene coming from the ground to get his shoulder assessed after a diving mark, Harry Himmelberg then went down after some friendly fire.
The big man was taken straight up the race for a concussion test.
But it wasn’t just the Giants’ injury toll mounting with Jack Higgins coming off after getting his hand stomped on before a sickening moment that stopped the game.
Mitch Owens copped an accidental knee from teammate Anthony Caminiti to the temple and did not move in terrifying scenes in Sydney.
Medical staff from both sides rushed to his aid as all precautions were taken to get Owens from the field.
“There’s a lot of concerns for obvious reasons,” commentator Dwayne Russell said.
“It’s tough for the players in a sense they now have to go back to work.”
