Hull passenger explains the current situation
One passenger on the Hull Trains service stuck in Cambridgeshire says staff have been very helpful.
She said: “We are currently at the station in st Neots in Cambridgeshire and have been told that we may not be able to move until 1pm. The staff have been great and have let us onto the platform so we can get some fresh air and they have also been handing out bottled water as it’s very hot.
“Of course it’s never good to be delayed but it’s not important in the grand scheme of things, it’s obviously a very sad situation and everyone who is stuck here at the moment is very patient and understanding.”
