NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to each of the owners or claimants of the property hereinafter described that under the provisions of revenue laws of the State of Idaho, the County Treasurer as Tax Collector of Kootenai County, in said State is deemed to be the purchaser, in trust, of certain property described in delinquency entries made January 1, 2019 or prior in regard for unpaid taxes for the years 2019 and prior respectively and in regard for which the time for redemption will expire July 11, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. Separate sealed Bids for the CORBIN LIFT STATION will be received by the CITY OF POST FALLS, Clerk’s Office, located at 408 Spokane Street, second floor, Post Falls, ID 83854, until 2:00 p.m. May 30, 2023 and then in the Basement Conference Room of City Hall publicly opened and read aloud. The project includes the following work:
The project consists of the replacement and relocation of the existing Corbin Lift Station. All work shall be in accordance with the contract documents; key elements of the project include, but are not limited to: pre-cast lift station which includes wet well, overflow basin, and valve vault; triplex, (3) pump system; site piping; standby generator; control building; motor control center; abandonment and demolition of the existing lift station; construction of concrete driveway and gravel driveway surface

A Bid shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project title, name and address of Bidder, and shall be accompanied by the Bid security and other required documents. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on May 16th, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Water Reclamation Facility Conference room located at 2002 W. Seltice Way, Post Falls, ID 83854. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to BID on this work. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidder’s security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid and all add alternates, made payable to OWNER: a) Bidder’s Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in the State of Idaho, b) Certified Check, c) Cashier’s Check, or d) Cash. LEGAL NOTICE
Boise, Idaho – Idaho Department of Environmental Quality is providing notice of a filed complaint and proposed penalty settlement with U.S. Silver – Idaho, Inc. for violations of the Clean Water Act at the Galena mine located on Lake Creek, a tributary to the South Fork Coeur d’Alene River. On March 24, 2023, DEQ filed a complaint in Shoshone county court alleging violations of Idaho Code Title 39 Chapter 1, IDAPA 58.01.25, and the Clean Water Act. The complaint alleges discharge of pollutants to waters of the United States in violation of the Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (IPDES) permit issued by DEQ under the Clean Water Act as well as Idaho Code § 39-175, et seq. and IDAPA 58.01.25.
In compliance with Idaho Code 39-108(9) and IDAPA 58.01.25.500.04., DEQ is publishing the proposed consent judgment for public comment. The proposed consent judgment directs U.S. Silver – Idaho, Inc. to achieve compliance with the final effluent limits for arsenic under the prescribed compliance schedule, update and submit a quality assurance plan, and submit annual reports to DEQ. In addition, U.S. Silver – Idaho, Inc. is required to pay a civil penalty of $222,320, for violations related to this complaint.
Written comments on the proposed consent judgment will be accepted through June 16, 2023, at 5:00 pm MDT. This proposed consent judgment may be amended or adjusted in the future, in which case, DEQ may provide for additional public comment.
The proposed consent judgment is available for review on DEQ’s website and at DEQ’s State Office (1410 N. Hilton St, Boise ID).

Comprehensive Plan & Zone Map Amendment REQUEST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hayden Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at Hayden City Hall Council Chambers, 8930 N. Government Way, Idaho, to consider Case No. PZE-23-0061 Rivelle Comprehensive Plan & Zone Map Amendment. Stancraft Boat Co, on behalf of the owner, Rivelle LLC is requesting an amendment to the 2040Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map and a Zone Map Amendment on 2 lots totaling approximately 7.0 acres in size (Tax Parcels H-4050-11-351-AA and H-4050-11-351-AD). The property is located at the northwest corner of North Sundler Road and West Wyoming Avenue and the northeast corner of North Ramsey Road and West Wyoming Avenue, more commonly known as 11615 N Sundler Road.
The current zone designation for both properties is Residential Suburban (RS) and is envisioned on the Future Land Use Map of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan to become a Single Family Residential land use. The applicant is requesting the zoning designation on the future land use to be amended to Light Industrial (L-I). The request is being brought concurrently and should the comprehensive plan amendment be approved from a Single Family Residential land use to a Light Industrial land use, the applicant requests to amend the current zone designation from Residential Suburban (RS ) to Light Industrial (L-I) through a zone map amendment.
