The Role
- Continuing, Full Time
- Level B – AUD $102,486 to $121,504 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Wagga Wagga (remote work may be considered)
We are currently seeking an academic with extensive experience in the discipline of Information Studies and who can take a lead role in the workplace learning component of the disciplines professionally accredited courses.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop and progress an active research profile aligned to the strategic direction of the School.
Preference is for the successful candidate to work at the Charles Sturt campus at Wagga Wagga, although a flexible working arrangement, where the candidate is based off-campus in another location in Australia, may be negotiable.
To be successful you will have:
- A doctoral qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent accreditation and standing, or current enrolment in a doctoral program that involves research on a relevant topic area
- Capability to deliver and oversee workplace integrated learning in the information studies curriculum
- Capacity to deliver high-quality student-centred learning and teaching in an online environment
- A record of research or professional activity relevant to the discipline.
