Jada Pinkett Smith gives fans a glimpse into her 51st birthday celebration.
The “Red Table Talk” co-host posted a video on Instagram Monday of family and friends singing “Happy Birthday” to her as she stood next to her husband, Will Smith, and their son, Jaden Smith.
As her guests finished cheering, Pinkett Smith blew out gold candles on a cake with icing shaped into pink roses and hot pink flower petals placed on top.
The ‘Girls Trip’ star – who looked cozy in a red sweatsuit, a matching cape, purple Uggs and a black hat – then shared a few words after someone in the crowd shouted: ‘Speech! Speech!”
“I’m just grateful — just deeply grateful,” Pinkett Smith said as someone shouted back, “We’re grateful for you!”

Smith, 53, then looked in and said “The end” as the crowd laughed. “She is grateful. Highest virtue.”
Pinkett Smith echoed her husband’s sentiments in the caption of her post, writing: “✨I’m so grateful for all the birthday love yesterday✨ Thank you 🥰🙏🏽🥰.”
The actress posted several photos from her special day on her Instagram Story. One snap showed a U-shaped table for 12 people on a deck overlooking a pond. The table was decorated with gold, white and pink place settings and bouquets of light pink flowers.

Pinkett Smith also posted a close-up video showing her gold chairs and table as Smith put the finishing touches on the decor. The couple’s daughter, Willow Smith, picked up her mother on the phone at the same time.
In a recent Instagram story, the “Matrix Reloaded” star snapped a photo showing off the dessert table, which included an array of pink and gold-themed cakes and cookies.
Pinkett Smith and Smith tied the knot in December 1997 and have been candid about the ups and downs of their marriage over the years. The couple revealed in July 2020 that they had secretly separated following Pinkett Smith’s “entanglement” with rapper August Alsina.

The “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” alum later told GQ that their marriage has evolved from its monogamous roots.
“We have given each other trust and freedom, with the belief that everyone must find their own way,” he said. “And marriage for us cannot be a prison.”
Smith has kept a relatively low profile since he was criticized in March for punching Chris Rock on stage at the 2022 Oscars in defense of his wife, whose bald head was the butt of one of the comedian’s jokes.
