Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has been on a weight loss journey with WW (formerly Weight Watchers) for the past two years.
And on Saturday, the KIIS FM host showed off the incredible results of her slim down at the red carpet premiere of Mamma Mia! The Musical in Sydney.
Dressed in a figure-hugging frock, the 48-year-old looked sensational as she posed up a storm for the cameras.
After losing a whopping 18kg, it’s no surprise that Jackie looked fit, trim and healthy in the little white dress.
She was joined by her 12-year-old daughter Kitty, who donned a dainty chiffon dress and white boots.
It comes after Jackie shared a glimpse of her day on a plate, following her recent slim down.
Last month, she revealed on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she regularly skips breakfast, a practice known as intermittent fasting.
She also avoids carbohydrates, and satiates her hunger throughout the day by snacking on pre-cut pieces of steak.
‘I cook steak and slice it, and then I’ll just have a little sliver of steak if I’m hungry,’ she told her co-host Kyle Sandilands.
Jackie, who is an ambassador for weight loss program WW, resists splurging on high-calorie foods for lunch, opting to eat just ‘three little slivers of steak’ and a few Vietnamese rice paper rolls containing fish and cabbage.
Kyle was shocked by her small portion size, telling her: ‘A dog would eat more!’
For dinner, Jackie usually eats vegetables and a protein such as chicken or red meat.
In between meals, Jackie treats herself to smoothies and Starbucks Frappuccinos, a type of blended ice coffee drink.
The radio host, 48, told this week’s Stellar magazine that the past few years were a challenge but she now feels ‘fitter, healthier and mentally stronger’.
‘I can’t believe how good I feel this year. I’ve had some sort of crazy breakthrough in my life. But I feel like I’ve kind of hit rock bottom to get to this point,’ she said.
Jackie explained her divorce from her husband of 18 years, photographer Lee, was one of the lowest periods of her life.
‘Everything about who I usually am had been taken away. Now, it’s back,’ she said.
‘You ask anyone who’s going through that and, especially when you have children, it makes it even harder,’ she explained.
‘The guilt you feel and everything associated with that is very difficult to get through.’
