Miller and O’Halloran teamed up with St Johnstone to win the 2014 Scottish Cup.
However, the winger was sacked from his second spell by new St Johnstone manager Steven Maclean at the end of last season and has been without a club ever since.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Cove Rangers.

But he has shown his willingness to get back in the game by going back to basics for St. Cadoc’s practice at Eastwood High School.

McHugh and Miller follow fellow ex-professionals Chris Erskine, Ross Barbour and Grant Anderson who played for the club last season.
Former Livingston defender Alan Lithgow is also part of the squad that has kept O’Halloran going.
Other former Falkirk figures such as Mark Millar and Mark Stewart also sported the colors in the early years of the club’s senior team.
O’Halloran lifted the Scottish Cup in each of his two spells at St Johnstone and added the League Cup in his epic 2020-21 double-winning campaign.
Nor is he the first ex-Ger to return to grassroots football to get in shape for the new season.
Former teammate Joe Dodoo was spotted training at the site parks after his release Burton in January to be ready for the new season.
St Cadoc’s join the WOSFL Premier Division next season – one step below the Lowland League.
