Stealing, West Gladstone
At approximately 11.45am on May 17, it is alleged that a West Gladstone man stole meat products from a business on Philip Street at West Gladstone.
At approximately 2.26pm on May 29, it is alleged that the same man stole a security camera from another business on Philip Street at West Gladstone.
At approximately 10.35am on June 1, it is alleged the West Gladstone man stole meat and dairy products from a business on Dawson Highway at West Gladstone.
It is further alleged that at approximately 10.40am on June 1, the West Gladstone man stole a security camera from another business on Philip Street at West Gladstone.
On June 5, at approximately 4.46 pm, it is alleged the West Gladstone man stole Lego and a security camera from another business on Philip Street at West Gladstone.
The 39-year-old West Gladstone man was arrested on June 6 and charged with five counts of stealing after previous conviction.
He is set to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court later today.
Traffic and drug offences, Callemondah
At approximately 4am on June 1, police intercepted a grey Ford Falcon on Garfield Street at Callemondah, in which the occupants of the car were detained for a search.
It is alleged that the driver, a South Gladstone man, was unlicensed and that the vehicle he was driving was unregistered, uninsured, bearing false registration plates, and subject to a police number plate confiscation period.
Police searched the belongings of the passenger, a Toolooa woman, and allegedly located several empty clip seal bags, a few clip seal bags containing methylamphetamine and two syringes.
The 39-year old South Gladstone man was charged with one count of drive unlicensed, one count of drive unregistered vehicle, one count of drive uninsured vehicle, one count of drive defective vehicle, one count of using vehicle with number plate attached granted for another vehicle, one count of operate vehicle during number plate confiscation period, and one count of remove number plate confiscation notice.
The 36-year-old Toolooa woman was charged with one count of possess dangerous drugs, one count of fail to dispose of needle and syringe, and one count of possess property suspected of having been used in commission of a drug offence.
They are both set to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on June 27.
Possess knife & billy club, Barney Point
At approximately 3.30am on May 28, police attended a residence on Brisbane Street at Barney Point, in relation to reports of a man attempting to break into a house whilst armed with a knife.
It is alleged that police located the man walking along Brisbane Street, and conducted a search of the man in which they allegedly located a black bat and fold out knife.
The 33-year-old Barney Point man was charged with one count of unlawful possession of weapons category A, B or M and one count of possess knife in public place.
He is set to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on June 13.
Drug offences, Telina
At approximately 1am on June 7, police intercepted a black Honda CR-V on Dalrymple Drive at Telina, in which the occupant of the car was detained for a search.
Police allegedly located cash, a knife, several cannabis plants, and multiple utensils.
It is further alleged that the driver, a 62-year-old Miriam Vale man, was unlicensed.
The 62-year-old Miriam Vale man was charged with one count of possess dangerous drugs, one count of producing dangerous drugs, one count of possess anything for use, one count of property suspected of being the proceeds of an offence under the drugs misuse act, one count of possess knife in public place and one count of drive motor vehicle whilst unlicensed.
He is set to appear in the Gladstone Magistrates Court on June 27.
