Geelong Cats v Greater Western Sydney Giants, AFL 2023 round 11, match preview and team lists
Ben Jensen THREE IRISHMEN will play in the same AFL team for the first time in history today, as Oisin Mullin, picked from obscurity by the Cats in the off-season as a ‘category B’ Rookie, makes his debut. 23 year old Mullin has played just three VFL games since joining but has impressed enough to be rushed into a side that has lost two games in a row with five wins from ten matches. Also named in the ins are Sam De Koning, who will wear a face mask usually seen in the NBA, and Ollie Henry. Out are injured Oliver Dempsey, Mitch Knevitt and Max Holmes, with Sam Simpson rested.
