‘We look at emotion regulation, self care, mindfulness and self compassion as part of the six week course.’
The course starts on Tuesday, 13 June running from 9.30–11.30am every Tuesday ‘till 18 July. It will be held at Safe Haven Lismore, 46 Magellan Street.
The course is free but bookings are essential as numbers are limited. To book phone: 0491 054 977 or email: [email protected].
