A flash flood warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for parts of New Hampshire Saturday.The warning was issued for parts of Sullivan, Grafton and Merrimack counties until 4:45 p.m. Saturday. The National Weather Service in Gray, Maine has received reports of flash flooding in Newport, Plainfield and Enfield. An area of low pressure near Cape Cod will allow a steady rainfall in much of New Hampshire through late Saturday night.
