Explosive Fight Promotions second major event of the year will take place at Brothers League Club in Manunda next week.
Explosive Fight Promotions owner and promoter Corey Larkin said a lot of sleepless nights had gone into making this another top-class event.
“From the second the event in March finished, I was on the phone chasing fighters for the second event,” Larkin said.
“The Super 4 Eliminator King of the North event in March was massive but we are working on this to be just as big.
“We have some great fights to showcase on Saturday with a few title fights as well.
“We will be welcoming back a Cairns fighter who went over to WA and put her hand up to fight, Kiri Bradley.
“Which is awesome to have her here and she is up against Erin (Harberger) which will make for an exciting fight.”
DF Gym fighter Tristan Picton will return to the ring after his loss in the first event of the year in March.
Picton will take on Harry Ritter out of Urban Muay Thai on the Gold Coast.
Steele Day, who trains at Nukzu Muay Thai, will go toe to toe with Jesse Clarke from DF Gym for the 58kg Elite Fight Series Title.
“Tickets are selling fast so we recommend people getting in quickly,” Larkin said.
“The seated section is pretty much maxed out with just standing room left.
“You won’t want to miss out on this event, especially if you missed the first one.”
