If you’ve been holding off buying FIFA 23, the sporting game is having a huge sale.
The final instalment of the best-selling, Guinness World Record-holding sports franchise came out late last year, so it’s prime time for savings if you’ve been waiting to play until prices came down.
UK retailer Very currently has the game available for more than 50% off the list price on the PS5 version, down from £64.99 all the way to £31.99 only for the spring bank holidays.

Nintendo Switch players can also save £12, as the handheld console version of FIFA 23 has had its price slashed from £34.99 to £22.99.
Very allows customers to pay in three monthly instalments, plus there’s free delivery on orders of £30 or more (though product exclusions do apply).
FIFA 23 has all of the beloved features of its predecessors, such as Career Mode, cross-play and the ability to build your ultimate squad from legends of the sport.

It’s also scheduled to be the final instalment of the FIFA game series with EA Sports. The production company is set to go its own way with an EA Sports FC title going forward.
Rather than partner with FIFA, EA has chosen to feature partnerships with multiple associations for this new series.
EA Sports recently said in a statement: “Everything you love about our games will be part of EA Sports FC — the same great experiences, modes, leagues, tournaments, clubs and athletes. Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Pro Clubs and Volta Football will all be there.

“Our unique licensing portfolio of more than 19,000+ players, 700+ teams, 100+ stadiums and 30 leagues that we’ve continued to invest in for decades will still be there, uniquely in EA Sports FC,” the statement continues.
“That includes exclusive partnerships with the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, the MLS – and more to come.”
EA Sports FC is expected to release its first game later this year.
