Kyly Clarke is struggling to find tenants for her newly renovated investment property in Wollongong, New South Wales.
The glamorous ex-WAG, 41, has spent $150,000 renovating the 1950s built Lake Heights property to give it a third bedroom and an overall stylish makeover.
However, the expensive renovation hiked up its asking price and back in April Kyly had it listed for rent at $650 a week.
Unfortunately, the brunette beauty could not secure a tenant at that price which saw her first reduce it to $630 and then to $610 a week.
And now The Daily Telegraph reports that Kyly has the stylish property listed at $565 a week.
She purchased the house for $550,000 in 2021 and has spent almost two years renovating and updating the rustic property.
It is one of three houses the model has in her property portfolio.
Last year, she bought an investment property in Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter region of NSW.
The ex-WAG purchased the suburban home for approximately $685,000 according to The Daily Telegraph.
Elsewhere in the report it states the home was built for $408,000 in 2010, with the land selling for $110,000.
Kyly, who is an interior designer, will no doubt give the property an update.
It comes more than a year since Kyly started renovations on her first investment property in Berkeley, a suburb in Wollongong.
Kyle and her cricketer ex-husband Michael Clarke announced their split in February 2021, after seven years together, however it is believed they actually split quietly five months earlier.
They share custody of their daughter, Kelsey Lee and the split is believed to be amicable.
