The Bantry, Burradoo estate has been listed with $6.1 million to $6.4 million hopes by the Young family.
The 1885 homestead was relocated on to the then-vacant 4.5ha property by racing car enthusiast John Carter after its late 1980s purchase for $335,000.
The first buyer was ex-federal minister Graham Richardson at $725,000 in 1995.

The Moss Vale Rd property last sold for $1.625 million in 2013.

According to PropTrack the median house price in Burradoo is $2.9m, up 6.4 per cent over the past 12 months.
