Along with the cold, truffle season has arrived in Canberra.

Make the most of Canberra’s treasured truffle season and get ready to eat and drink your way through this list.

And with a menu offering that includes a warm baguette with truffle butter, honey-roasted Jerusalem artichokes with a truffle-infused slow-cooked egg and hazelnut beurre noisette emulsion and a custard truffle tart, it sounds like pure indulgence.
