Seebohm, 31, speculates that an intruder may have accessed the garage between 5.30am and 6.30am.
The couple noticed the home was broken into when Gallagher noticed a garage was open as he went to leave for work about 9.30am.
“(It was) really odd because I’m pretty meticulous about making sure everything is closed up and locked,” Seebohm said on TikTok.
Other clues to the break-in were that car doors and glove compartments were also left open, she said.
She said her wallet, which had been sitting in a pocket of a car door, was taken.
“They did steal my wallet, my credit cards … and they rummaged through the cars,” she said.
“All the of keys were inside, so luckily they couldn’t steal any of the cars.
“(It was) very scary waking up to that on a Sunday morning.”
The couple notified police and were awaiting officers to come to the house to investigate, Seebohm said.
She said she struggled to sleep on Sunday because of the ordeal.
