Clair Norris, best known for playing Bernadette “Bernie” Taylor on Eastenders, looked almost unrecognisable at the 2023 British Soap Awards.
Opting for a full-glam look, Clair donned a navy blue structured dress, adorned with tulle and a scattered royal blue sequin detail.
The 25-year-old completed the look with a matching navy blue clutch and kitten heels, accompanying her classic blue emerald necklace.

Fans are usually used to seeing Clair on Albert Square, dressed in comfortable loungewear whilst working at Kathy’s Café.
Clair’s glamorous awards ceremony garb appears worlds apart from her character’s usual costume.
The 25-year-old arrived at the 2023 British Soap Awards with her blonde tresses fashioned into a simple, face-framing up-do, and sporting a glowy face of light makeup.
Fans took to Twitter to share their support for Clair’s dramatic transformation, with one writing, “CLAIR NORRIS ALWAYS SLAYS RED CARPET”, and another praising, “her dresss! Gorgeous”.
A variety of soap stars stunned on the red carpet, with more of the best dressed of the night including Stephanie Waring, Cait Fitton, and Charlotte Jordan.
Coronation Street came out on top and with cast and crew going home with six awards in total.
They won the award for Best Single Episode, Scene of the Year, Best Dramatic Performance, Best Comedy Performer, Best Newcomer and Best Family.
While EastEnders won four awards, including Best Soap, two awards went to Hollyoaks, and both Emmerdale and Doctors received one piece of silverware each.
EastEnders youngster Lilia Turner, better known as Lily Slater, was crowned the winner of Best Young Performer and her co-star Aaron Thiara, who plays Ravi Gulati, won Villain of the Year.
Emmerdale legend Mark Charnock was left gobsmacked after he received the Outstanding achievement Award.
His former co-stars Sherre Murphy, Gemma Atkins and Verity Rushworth presented him the award in emotional scenes.
The British Soap Awards 2023 airs on Tuesday, June 6 at 8pm
