A garden shed was engulfed in flames after a severe fire broke out at a property in Coventry. It happened on Lady Lane on Monday, May 22.
Crews from Coventry and Binley reached the scene shortly after 9pm. A 4×4 Brigade Response Vehicle was also called to the property in Longford.
A shed was found ablaze with the fire quickly spreading to another shed at a neighbouring property. Crews used two hose reels and a main jet to extinguish the fires before leaving the scene shortly after 11pm.

It comes after three garden sheds were ‘destroyed’ after a bonfire quickly spread ‘out of control’ on Murray Road in Radford. Crews spent over an hour extinguishing the blaze on Saturday, May 20.
A spokesman for West Midlands Fire Service said: “Just before 9.05pm on Monday, May 22, we were called to a garden fire in Lady Lane, Longford, Coventry. A shed had caught fire and spread to a neighbouring shed.
“A fire engine from Coventry and a 4×4 Brigade Response Vehicle from Binley attended. Crews used two hose reels and a main jet to extinguish the fires, and we left the scene at 11.10pm.
“We revisited at 12.30am and then shortly after 7.10am on Tuesday (May 23), to confirm there were no remaining hotspots.”
