Dance and Movement Therapy for Ageing Well
Ben-Hur Winter from PEACE in Adelaide joins us to discuss dance and movement therapy used in health and wellbeing settings, including SAMESH’s new workshop series.
They also talk about their involvement in the CONNECT project which promotes HIV testing, especially for culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Positive Ageing for Positive People aims to support people 45 years and older living with HIV in developing skills, social connections, and self-empowerment, which are integral to ageing well.
Presented by SAMESH, the workshop series is supported by a Positive Ageing Fellowship Grant from the Office for Ageing Well.
