A secret sale on bulk items at Coles is a secret no longer, as shoppers share the massive bargains they have scored in recent days.

One of the bulk items on offer was a 2kg bucket of Bega peanut butter, with the price slashed to just $5.
Other discounts included a 1.5kg box of Sun Rice brown rice cups for $3.50 and a box of pancake mix that makes 80 pancakes for just $1.50.
In a separate post on the same Facebook group, another shopper posted a picture of the boot of her car, packed with the discounted bulk items she scored from Coles.
“Just cleared out the bulk section in Coles Kangaroo Flat,” she wrote in the post.
“Every item was less than $5.”
The shopper had bought bulk packets of salt, panko bread crumbs, school snacks, Darrell Lea liquorice all-sorts and, making the most waves in the comment section, Kewpie mayo.
Kewpie is a popular mayonnaise brand – and Coles is selling a 1kg bag for just $3.
Shoppers were going wild over the massive flash sale from Coles.
“Amazing score well done,” one person wrote.
“Good on ya!” another said.
“That’s it I’m going to Coles straight after work,” a third said.
“Score on the Kewpie mayo… that is SO expensive!” another person wrote.
Selling out fast
Not all Coles stores in Australia have this sale though, according to shoppers.
Many of the people in the comment section had gone to their local Coles to try and score some of these deals, only to find they were sold out of many of the items — or they didn’t have the sale on at all.
“Ours had hardly anything left!” one person said.
“We get nothing like that … so lucky!” said another.
“I wish our Coles marked down like this,” said a third,
One shopper who posted their bulk grocery load from the Coles sale said they were lucky to just get a couple of the “left over” sale items.
“I just got a few of the left overs but I’m still happy,” she said.
“Everyone is struggling and every penny helps these days.”
The shopper got a box of 16 packets of Poppin triple butter popcorn for $3.95 per box, and a bottle of the cult buy Franks Hot Sauce was $4.
