International crime writer, Michael Robotham will feature in the line-up of outstanding authors and moderators for the 10th annual Jugiong Writers’ Festival on Saturday, June 17.
After a decade, the event organisers still love to celebrate reading, writing and great fun for everyone and are proud to support the local community of Jugiong, including the primary and secondary schools in the region.
This year’s program will open with Michael Robotham speaking with Genevieve Jacobs and features a crime writing panel in the afternoon with local author, Sulari Gentill and Melbourne writer, Robert Gott.
Robyn Cadwallader will speak about her recently released medieval novel, The Fire and the Rose.
Sally Warriner will share her memoir, Not Just A Wife Of The General Manager – Life In The Outback, while Karen Viggars talks about her Secrets From The Green Room podcast. The event will take a deep dive into local history when participants critique two remarkable stories of iconic local properties, Bundbarbo and Nanangroe – The Bascule Bridge and Against The Wind.
A hearty hot lunch can be pre-purchased when you snag your ticket. The lunch has been provided by a local caterer.
Collins Booksellers from Wagga will be selling books by the authors who will be available to sign a copy on the day.
