Broncos-listed players Deine Mariner, Corey Jensen and Tristan Sailor clocked up more than 600 running metres between them in Hostplus Cup action on the weekend.
Centre Mariner (221 metres and seven tackle breaks) and prop Jensen (205 metres and 20 tackles) were unstoppable for Wynnum Manly as they racked up a record 62-0 win in Mackay.
Delouise Hoeter collected a hat-trick of tries and seven tackle busts in another standout performance, while middle forward Keenan Palasia continued his consistent form with 136 running metres and 19 tackles.
Playmaker Josh Rogers racked up another big personal haul with 22 points from a try and nine goals while also contributing three try assists and three tackle breaks.
On Sunday, Sailor ran for 179 metres, scored a try and contributed two try assists and two line break assists as Souths Logan stayed on top of the table with a 38-28 win over Ipswich.
Jesse Arthars played in the centres for the Magpies and crossed for two tries, had nine tackle breaks and ran for 148 metres, while winger Jordan Pereira bagged a try and also ran for 148 metres including five tackle breaks.
Souths Magpies had the use of a whole herd of Broncos with Cory Paix starting at hooker and Jesse Arthars playing left centre.
Props Logan Bayliss and Ben Te Kura were both strong while Cory Paix and Blake Mozer shared the hooking duties with poise.
On Saturday at the Gold Coast, halfback Jock Madden ran the ball 15 times for 116 metres as the Norths Devils fell short against high-flying Burleigh 28-22.
Madden also made 17 tackles with no misses and produced a strong kicking game.
Prop Xavier Willison made some great runs with 101 metres and 12 tackles.
