The Bendigo Bank Big Bash will return for its third season in less than two months and promises to be bigger and better than ever before.
This season will have a fresh new look with two brand new teams joining the competition for their chance to be Big Bash champions.
The All Day Electrical Lightning and Carney’s Feed Store Cattle Dogs will join the ranks with the Giants unfortunately dropping out this year making it a five team competition.
The season will commence on Saturday 8 July with the two new franchises going head to head to ring in the new era.
The season will feature 10 games plus a qualifier and grand final to be played on Friday 8 September.
The all exciting auction night, where the team managers will bid for players to try and assemble the strongest team possible, will be held on 2 June at the Gympie Hockey Club.

The Junior Smash is also back this year after a successful debut last season and will now be open to ages 12-16 years allowing for more kids to get involved in the action.
